Reflection
When you
take an Action the result in an outcome or Consequence. Reflection is
the practice of looking back at your Actions and resulting Consequences
and determining if you got what you wanted. If you did not, you can
start the whole process over from the beginning and try something
different.
Evaluation
When your
Attention is focused on something use non-judgmental Evaluation -- do
not see things as 'good' or 'bad'.
Consequences
Your
actions have Consequences -- these can be intended, unintended, desired
or undesired. Even inaction can result in Consequences. With proper
Forethought and Planning it is more likely you will produce
intended and desired Consequences.

is the practice of looking on the bright side of life and circumstances.
