Wisdom
Wisdom is the ability to make good choices based on given
Knowledge and current circumstances. While it is possible to make wise
choices without much Experience, it can be a great help. Using
Principles to guide your choices is a wise idea.
Experience
When you observe or interact with something you gain
experience about it. Experience is often how we develop Skill or
increase Knowledge. What you Experience on your Journey through
life is largely based on the Wisdom of the choices you make for
yourself.
Clarity
Clarity is the ability to recognize illusions and
eliminate false ideas, and to see reality for what it really
is. Only you can free yourself of limiting beliefs and socially
constructed
illusions. People have a way of playing make believe to the point they
don't even realize they are doing it. Take paper money as an example --
if you have a $5 bill and a $20 bill you value the $20 bill more than
the $5 bill. This is because people agree that the $20 bill is worth
four times that of a $5 bill, and not due to any intrinsic value of the
paper bill. If you ever played a game with 'play money',the play money
only has value in the context of the game. You can't use play money to
buy 'real things' as you would with 'real money'. In the same way, real
money only has value as long as you 'play the game' and 'make believe'
that real money has value. Not all social constructs (time, date,
money) are necessarily bad and need to be rejected -- 'playing along'
is fine as long as you realize what is going on and you are just
'playing'. You should be aware how these social constructs can be used
to manipulate you -- inventing holidays to sell greeting cards is a
good example.Testing your beliefs is a good idea -- some can be kept
and others rejected. Ask yourself if no one else in the world valued
something, what value would that something have to you? Do you still
believe (assuming you ever did) that a fat elf with a white beard in a
red suit comes down the chimney once a year to deliver you toys?
Journey
Journey, here, refers to your Journey through life from
beginning to end. Along the Journey of life you acquire Knowledge and
Experience. What you Experience along your Journey is based on both
factors that you can control and factors you cannot. The only way to
gain reasonable control of your Journey is by taking Responsibility for
those factors you can control.
