Attitude
Your life
is what you make of it -- why not make it the best life you can?
Develop a
positive mental Attitude -- you will accomplish more of your goals and
better fulfill your needs. You can shift to a positive Attitude by
focusing on what is good in your life.
Happiness
Choose
Happiness! This might not be an easy concept to grasp at first.
Recognize that when you are happy you are in a better mental state than
when you are unhappy. Happiness can be achieved through a positive
Attitude within yourself, and by detaching yourself from negative
circumstances in the environment. Look for the bright side of things.
Help others to help themselves choose Happiness. Do not allow others to
use unhappiness to as a means to manipulate you -- allow others to
choose unhappiness as it is their choice to be unhappy.
Gratitude
Develop an
Attitude of Gratitude. Take a moment to recognize all things that are
good in your life and give thanks for them. When genuine, Gratitude can
have an amazingly positive effect on your Relationships.
Enthusiasm
Embrace
every moment with Enthusiasm. Pursue whatever inspires you. When you
encounter things you are particularly enthusiastic about take note of
them -- they can be a source of Joy and Strength.
