Leadership
is not about holding a title or position -- it is about being a person,
and having the necessary skills and qualities, that other people would
be willing to follow. There are different styles of leadership, but the
most subtle yet powerful style is Leadership by Example.
Courage
Everyone
is afraid of something. In some cases, fear is useful -- it protects
us. However, there are times when we must confront our fears -- the
ability to do this is called Courage. Have the Courage to stand up and
for what you think is right.
Loyalty
Loyalty is
faithfulness to a worthy ideal, cause, or person.
Influence
Influence
is not something people have over you -- it is something you give to
others. If you do not like the way someone is using the influence you
have given them, then stop allowing them to have influence over you.
